How many capsules do I need to take? and when do I take them?

Just one capsule is required 1-3 hours before bed.

How many capsules come in a bottle?

45 capsules per bottle.

Are their any side effects?

No. There are no known side effects to HYPERBOLIC Sleep. However if you are concerned please seek the oppinion of a medical profesional before purchasing.

What happens when I develop a tolerance to it?

Unfortunately after prolonged use you will develop a tolerance to HYPERBOLIC Sleep. There are 2 ways to combat this. You can up the dosage to 2 capsules. Or you can stop taking it for a week until the tolerance subsides then continue taking as you were.
